He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Petrush and Rosalie Petrush. He is survived by: his brothers, John J. Petrush, Jr. (Connie) and Thomas Petrush (Susan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Meghan Mattern (Mark), Amanda Harris, John Harris Jr. and Kinsley Rose Pitz; and also Hudson Mattern.
