He was predeceased by: his son William Steven Mills; his grandchildren, Kara, Candace and Jason; his great grandchildren, Jemma, Croy and Kai; his brother-in-law Charles Arkins (late Peggy); and his nephew T. J. Bauer (late Deborah).
He is survived by: his wife Laura Herdon Mills; and his children, Gary D. Mills (late Val), Jeffery S. Mills (Karen) and Lisa Morgan (Michael).
