He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Hanna (Whitfield) and Thomas Hanna Sr.; his sister Margaret Kennell (Hanna); and his grandson John Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Doris (Wright); his sons, John and Robert; his grandchildren, Tommy, Timmy and Krystle; his grandchildren-in-law, Jason and Lori; and his great grandchildren, John Ray, Karlee, Blake and Lily.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
