He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Maxwell, and Arthur Maxwell, Sr.; and his siblings, Arthur Maxwell, Jr., Ginger Metzger and Diane Hilligas.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his sons, Wayne (Kelly) and Robert, Jr. (Stephanie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
