He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, April, Cecilia, Eduardo and Lalo Rosa; his parents, Maria and Domingo Rosa; and his siblings, Osman, Isai and Eslin Rosa.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lilly & Zeiler Inc. Funeral Home (1901 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21231).
