He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Tutin and Irene G. Tutin; and his sister Kathy Mellinger (Russell). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Tutin (Sharon), Millie Rist (Michael), Nick Tutin (Phyllis), Dave Tutin (Karen) and Dennis Tutin (Ruth). He is also survived by 10 Nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church (1727 Lynch Rd, Baltimore, MD 21222).
