She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Charles Miller and Ivy May Miller; her husband Joseph William Smolenski; and her brothers, Charles Thomas Miller, Robert Frederick Miller, William Russell Miller, John Edward Miller, Wayne Allen Miller and Daniel Albert Miller.

She is survived by: her children, John R. Smolenski (Angela), Susan A. Greene (Denton) of Charleston, SC., Carol L. Rehak (Michael) and James R. Smolenski (Jim); her siblings, Sharon Brechtel (Richard, Sr.) and Dennis Miller (Cindy); her sisters-in-law, Angelina Miller of Maryland and Ruth Miller of Oklahoma; and her close friend LaVerna Galliher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
