She was predeceased by: her parents, Howie Cowgar (Bill) and Madeline Cowgar. She is survived by: her husband Theodore S. Derka Jr.; her sons, Theodore Derka (Danette Derka) and Brian Derka Sr.; her grandchildren, Brian Derka Jr., Michael Derka (Alexsus Thornton), Alyssa Jackson (Joshua Jackson) and Brieahna Derka; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Derka, Zion Derka, Drake Jackson, Baileigh Derka and Ella Jackson. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
