Kosmicky, Jr.; her son Scott Kosmicky (Heather); her parents, Anna Augustyniak, and Stanley Augustyniak, Sr.; her grandchild Charlie Rey Kosmicky; and her siblings, Stanley Augustyniak, Jr., Lisa Shervanick and David Augustyniak.
