It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Flanigan Balcer (Dundalk, Maryland), who passed away on February 27, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Richard H. Balcer; her parents, Dr. Edward Flanigan and Doris Flanigan; and her brothers, John Conrad and Bill Flanigan.

She is survived by: her children, Colleen Karnicki (Edward), Don Clark (Maryrita) and Kathleen Burke (John); her stepdaughters, Pamela Wolff (Adam), Joyce Morris (Garret) and Anne Lambert (Matthew); her grandchildren, Kassie, Kevin, Hannah, Henry, Meg, Terry, Melli and Lucy; and her siblings, Susan Conrad, Edward Flanigan, Nancy Curran (Brian) and Jerry Flanigan (Ann).

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in Kathleen's name to Gilchrist Center Towson.
