She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Bertrum Jerry Salyer; her children, Vicky S. Smelkinson (Morry), Penny G. Finnen (Michael) and Robin A. Hart (Otto); her grandchildren, Hal Ray Stiles (Emily), Nicole R. Tinnell, Tara Smelkinson, Jonathan Smelkinson (Ash), Stephanie Brooks (Kelby), Matthew Todd Hart and Christopher L. Hart (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Corey Tinnell, Casey Junkin, Finn Brooks, Thatcher Brooks, Sailor Mae Hart and Harrison Hart.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
