Though Karen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Swayne; her parents, Loyd Hopson and Virginia Hopson; and her brother Kenneth Hopson. She is survived by: her son Kyle Hopson (Micki); and her pet Jessie.
She was also a supporter of our veterans, donating to veteran-oriented charities, and for a time working with her church to provide help for veterans in need.
