Judy O. Tingler Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy O. Tingler of Dundalk, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Keith Tingler; her parents, James Garmon and Martha Irene O'Quinn of Tazwell Virginia; and her brother James Rodulf O'Quinn. She is survived by: her sisters, Clair Powers, Melva Miller and Anita Vaalar; her daughters, Deborah Alt (Andrew), Kimberly Paul and Shayna Blankenship (David); her grandchildren, Shayna Roberts (CJ), Kristen Alt, Brandon Blankenship (Amanda), Brittany Roe (Christopher), Jonathon Paul and Kelli Paul; and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Colton Roberts, Samantha, Easton Blankenship, Jeana, Julia, Lucas, Laney, Liam Roe, Cole and Chase Alt.
