She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred L. Parks. She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie Evelyn McIntee, Sandra Diana Remeto, Debra Susan Adkins and Patricia Gail Persuhn; and her sons-in-law, Doug Adkins, Ray Persuhn and Stuart Remeto. She is also survived by Ten Grandchildren, Fifteen Great Grandchildren, Ten Great Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to CMC-Embrace Hospice House, Respite Care, 175 Village Center Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29579.
