He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Kay Foy; his children, Barbara Ann Martin and Joseph Richard Foy, Jr. (Melissa); his grandchildren, Zachary J. Martin, Andrew J. Martin, Emma Grace Foy and Madeline Nicole Foy; his great grandchildren, Alexander J. Martin and Tristan J. Martin; his brother-in-law William Beres; and his siblings, Hayden Foy and Artella McClusky.
