He is survived by: his wife Melanie Duszynski; his daughter Mackenzie Duszynski; his brother Shawn Duszynski; his sister-in-law Lisa; his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Duszynski (Ashton), Madison Duszynski, Victoria Azzaro and Nicholas Azzaro; and his close friends, Heather Willinger, Conner Willinger and Kelsy Engler.
