He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Jean Friedline; and his parents, Paul R. Friedline and Margaret M. Friedline. He is survived by: his children, James Eric Friedline, Theresa Kreller and David Moore. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and other loving relatives and friends.

Viewing was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Kaczorowski Funeral Home (1201 Dundalk Ave, Baltimore, MD 21222-1301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:45 AM. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar American Legion Post 38 (3300 Dundalk Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222).

“Jim was a Gentleman thru and thru. Usually soft spoken, he was none the less respected as a leader among those that worked with him. I remember the last time I saw Jim. Though it had been several years since we worked together he greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I can still picture that day and remain grateful for having been friends with Jim. I continue to remember his family and friends in my prayers.”
