With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Carter of Dundalk, Maryland, who passed away on November 13, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard F. Carter Sr. (Fritz) and Mary A. Carter; and his close friend Tim Novakoski. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Buleza (Mike), ThomasCarter (Barbara), Robin Barrickman (Eddie) and Sharon Stewart (Ronnie); his wife Sherry Morris; his stepson Ryan Morris; his granddaughter Angel Morris; and his mother-in-law Laverne McMaster. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews, cousins and friends.
