It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Lunz of Dundalk, Maryland, who passed away on January 13, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, George shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid George farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn A.; his children, Marlin Van Horn Jr., Marie Burns, Melody Brooks and Ronald Van Horn; and his grandchildren, Shawn Van Horn, Katie Hagen, Kelly Leach, Lauren Peterson, Kelsey Burns and Mitchell Burns. He was also cherished by many great-grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
