He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kenodene "Dena" Whitener; his son Greg Whitener (Dena); his grandchildren, Joey and Matt Whitener; and his siblings, Anita Costner of Lawndale, N. C. and Dan Whitener. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and a special group of neighbors.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Family Owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222).
