He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Wight, Sr. and Flora Wight (Fitzhugh); and his sister Patrica Dugger (Wight). He is survived by: his children, Michele (Wight), Whitley (Paul) and Kevin Wight; his sister Marsha (Wight) Wise (John); his grandchildren, Jenna (Hemling), Sanzone (Bobbie), Mackenzie Whitley, Lauren Hemling, Reece and Ryan Wight; his great grandchildren, Jax and Brooks Sanzone; his nephews, Matthew, Jared and Jason Wise; his cousin Jeanette Moulton; and his former wife Joann Brannan.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Glen Haven Memorial Park (7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061).
