He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Wozniak and Joan Wozniak; and his wife Nancy Wozniak. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Raitt (Scott Raitt Sr) and Edward F. Wozniak III (Lisa Elbourne); his grandchildren, Scott Raitt Jr. (Kaleigh), Edward Raitt, Regina Raitt, Kabrielle Wozniak, Kassidee Wozniak and Savannah Wozniak; and his siblings, Paul, Kenny, Ronald, Bobby, Ricky, Jeffrey and Pamela.
