She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Owen E. Sweeney Sr.; her children, Maureen Sweeney (John Gunther), Kevin Sweeney (Karen), Elaine Sweeney and Lt. Owen E. Sweeney Jr.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Gunther (Lexi), Bryan Sweeney, Tracey Jamrosz (McCabe), Owen E. Sweeney III (Melissa) and Frank Sweeney (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Eloise, Christian and Gracelyn.
Viewing was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (6400 E Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21224). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at the Oak Lawn Cemetery (7225 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224).
