He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Charles'Chuck'Mullan II, Montague Hutt Jr. and Deloras Hutt; his wife Kristen Mullan; his daughter Alyssa Mullan; his grandmother Theresa Mullan; his parents, Linda Hutt and Charles'Big Rusty'Mullan III (Mary Mullan); his siblings, Benny Gischel (Whitney), Lancey Elmore (Danielle), Stephan Reyes, Ricky Knapp and Leeann Elmore; his aunt Rhonda Hutt Bilson; his uncles, Terry Mullan, Jimmy Mullan and Shawn Mullan; and his close friend Michael Dempsey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home (3204 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
