He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara V. Heule; his children, Nina M. Prestileo (Domenic), Charles E. Heule, Jr. (Kelly) and Suzette L. Sweeney (Paul); his grandchildren, Tyler Heule, Eric Heule, Morgan Startt, Alexis Prestileo, Blake Startt and Isabella Prestileo; and his great grandchild Oakleigh Prestileo. He was also cherished by four sisters and three brothers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Family Owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222).
