She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Page H. Mapp; her children, Kimberly M. Smith (Robert), Tracy M. Barbagallo (late Michael Barbagallo) and Charles E. Mapp; her grandchildren, Ashley M. Smith, Robert Page Smith (Jenna), Mikaela M. Barbagallo, Alexandra M. Barbagallo and Michael Page Barbagallo; her great grandchildren, Frankie Paige Smith and Raegan Sawyer Smith; and her siblings, Carmella Vargo and Charles Neighoff, Jr..
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
