Walters; his children, Carlton Walters Jr., Candice Bonner (Robert), Christina Wojtkowiak (Patrick) and Craig Walters (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Olivia, Carlton III, Colin, Isabella, Kennedy, Nickolas and Lena; his great grandchild Kamden; and his siblings, Charles Walters, Josephine Zellers, Marie Colton, Anthony Walters, Patricia Gallagher, John Walters, Henry Walters and David Walters.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
