He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Grace Cramer; and his brother Doyle Cramer. He is survived by: his father Burlin Dewey Cramer; his wife Pamela K. Cramer; his children, Tammy D. Fulghum (Scott) and Adam B. Cramer (Jaime); his grandsons, Evan B. Fulghum and Cooper B. Cramer; and his siblings, Franklin Cramer (Zandra), Karen Badders (Les), Marvin Cramer (Wanda) and Alan Cramer (Wendy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
