He is survived by: his wife Marie Cecil; his children, Gabrielle Cecil (Matthew Marsh), Lauren Kennedy (Jonathan Kennedy) and Wayne Cecil (Megan Cecil); and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Brooklynn, Cecilia, Frederick, Magnolia, Markie, Hunter, Montgomery and Olivia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
