He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Higgs (Hoover) and Joan Higgs (Curtis). He is survived by: his wife Donna Higgs (Fryling); his sisters, Yvonne Higgs (Bonnie) and Lisa McCarty (Higgs); his brother-in-law Kevin McCarty Sr.; his daughter Nori Harris (Higgs); his son-in-law Colin Harris; his grandchildren, Tristan Harris, Trevor Harris and Trent Harris; and his great grandchild Addison Blaine Harris.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Alan's name can be made to the North Point - Edgemere Volunteer Fire Department.
