He was predeceased by: his parents, Enola Boudreaux Blanchard and Theophile Blanchard; and his sister Viola Mae Abadie. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara A. Boettger (Roger) of Mansfield, TX and Gloria M. Roberts (Mike) of Drayden, MD; and his sister Gloria B. Abadie (Billy) of New Orleans, LA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
