Pierce, FL, Tracy Barnwell of Gifford, FL, Linda Perkins Green (Clinton, MD) and Corey Spears of Douglasville, GA; his daughters, Carissa Perkins (Washington, DC) and Angelique Perkins (Washington, DC); and his granddaughter Morgan Blaine (Washington, DC). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
