He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Talbert and Gloria Talbert; his nephews, Dominick Chucci and Jimmy Talbert; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Fields; and his child Louie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary B. Fields (Michele) of Benedict, Maryland, Linda J Burke (Pete) of Wellsville, Pennsylvania, Charles (Barbara Talbert Jr.), Debra A Talbert of Front Royal, Virginia, James (MaryAnn Talbert) and Nancy Stauffer of Carlisle; his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Shelby (Bill), Daniel (Stephanie), Michael, Stacy, Luke (Sarah), Nicklaus (Tami), Marcy (Tony) and Kerry (Paul); and his children, Gina, Andrew, Keith, Sherri, Bill, Bob, Dennis and Jenny. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
