She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Simpkins and Clara Simpkins (Parks); and her siblings, Thomas, Calvin Simpkins and Ernestine Simpkins Dingle.
She is survived by: her daughter Evonne Delores of Washington, DC; and her sister Susie J. Brown of Upper Marlboro, MD. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.
