It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce B. Cromartie (District Heights, Maryland), who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Bell and Dorothy Bell; her grandparents, Walter and Bula Mims; and her husband Eugene R. Cromartie.
