He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Arnold Finlayson, Jr.; and his siblings, Arnold Robert Finlayson and Patria Michelle Finlayson. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Glenn Finlayson; his sister Sheila Renee Finlayson; and his children, Joseph R. Brooks and Leah A. Hart. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
