He was predeceased by: his sister Karen Wills. He is survived by: his children, Robbie Johnson and Lauren Wills; and his siblings, Laura Sykes (Clifford), Kenneth Wills, Dewight Wills (Melonise) and Leonard Wills (Tamara). He is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, great-great nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pope Funeral Home Forestville Chapel (5538 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, MD 20747). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.

Over the years, he made significant contributions to the field of Information Technology, earning recognition and respect from peers and colleagues.
