It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Antionette Proctor of District Heights, Maryland, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Kyle A. Proctor, Nina A. Proctor, Jon A. Chappelle and Charles L. Proctor, Jr. (Yolanda); her brother Eugene Chappelle (Lisa); her brothers-in-law, Phillip Proctor (Laurino) and Sterling Proctor; her grandchildren, Shatia N. Harris (Amiri), Charles L. Proctor, III, Madison R. Grooms, Kyle A. Proctor, Jr. and Khloe R. Proctor; her great grandchild Jaden L. Benedicto; and her niece Janelle Moore (James). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
