She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Carter and Walker Carter; and her siblings, Charles and Ernestine. She is survived by: her daughter Jessie (Karlton); her brother Rodney; her granddaughter Gabrielle; her brother James; her daughter Tanya; her granddaughter Naomi; her sons, Kevin, Edward and Blake; her godchildren, Christine, Cherise and Norman Jr.; her sister-in-law Algeria; and also, Lauren and Bernardette. She is also survived by cousins, other family members, devoted friends.
