He is survived by: his father William Donald Blinkhorn Sr.; his wife Judy A. Fling; his sons, Russell W. Blinkhorn and Kenneth B. Blinkhorn; his daughter-in-law Kelly Blinkhorn; his grandchildren, Kole, Wyatt, Kenley and Cassidy Blinkhorn; and his sister Patricia Lynn Netter (Christopher).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to Lewy Body Dementia Association.
