He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald, Eugene, Thomas Raver and Janice Raver; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Raver, Shirley Raver and Dottie Raver.
He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Lee Matthews of Hampstead, MD, Gail Buckler of Dover, DE, Joy Martin (Sterling) of Shrewsbury, PA and Carlos E. Raver of Hampstead, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
