It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret E. Johnson of Dickerson, Maryland, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Dayhoff and Virginia E. Dayhoff (Tabler); and her brother Robert Dayhoff. She is survived by: her husband Arthur R. Johnson; her children, Bobby Johnson, Kathy Johnson and Lisa Thrash (David); her sister Nancy Baker (Paul); her sister-in-law Ida Lou Dayhoff; her grandchildren, Cole, Elle Johnson, Jason (Kaylee), Brent (Frenchesca), Ryan (Lindsay), Cory Zimmerman (Taylor), Kirstyn, Joshua (Maddie), Damaris, Hannah and Jada Thrash; and her great grandchildren, Brent Zimmerman, Jr. and Selah Claire Thrash.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hilton Funeral Home (22111 Beallsville Rd, Barnesville, MD 20838). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (515 S Market St, Frederick, MD 21701).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in her memory to the Maryland Dairy Shrine.
