He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy Whilhelmina Mae Hallman (Watkins); his children, Doris Mae Thomas, Paris Marie Bocus and Antione Eugene Hallman; his grandchildren, Katrina Savoy, Camia Stackhouse, Tiffany Stackhouse, Manisha Bocus, Candy Lee Hallman, Amanda Hallman, Gerald Maurice Thomas, Christopher Hallman, Andre Hallman, Ontario Hallman, Arron Hallman, Vincent Thomas and Ireneaus Bocus (Demetrius Bocus); his children-in-law, Viola Hallman, Lucille Hallman, Reginald Bocus and William Stackhouse; his siblings-in-law, Anne Hallman, Sharon Hallman, Joan Shelton, Myrtis Shelton and Spencer Shelton; his siblings, Nancy Onley, Sarah Thompson, Rosie Hallman, Joe Hallman and Lawrence Hallman; his children, Edward Lee Hallman, Linda Louise Butler and Patricia Ann Stackhouse; his son-in-law Michael Butler; his parents, John Henry Hallman and Florence Anna Hallman; his siblings, Dorothy Hallman, Robert Hallman, Charles Hallman, Jim Barnes and Leroy Hallman; and his sisters-in-law, Ida Mae Hallman, Ella Mae Barnes and Thelma Thomas. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great grands, nieces, and nephews.
During his younger years, he solely built two homes on his property working late in the evening by digging the foundation and constructing the interior and exterior alone and only needed assistance with plumbing and electrical hookup for completion.
