It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Estelle Ann Lee of Dickerson, Maryland, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Helms and Senora Helms-Jenkins; her husband Wilson James Lee; her brothers, James Helms Sr., Bishop Helms of Delaware, Louis Helms Sr. and Ralph Helms Sr.; and her grandsons, Victor Cann and Dwayne Gibson.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Mulheron (John), Nancy Cann, James Lee (Patricia), Ervin Lee, Joan Gibson (Merhl), Ruby Williams, Clifton Lee and Rose Polite (Horace); her siblings, Leo Helms, Linwood Jenkins (Angela), Alice Helms and Mary Weedon (George); and her friends, Lynne Fabiszewski, Wanda Brown and Rodney Campbell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives, friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Poolesville Baptist Church (17550 W Willard Rd, Poolesville, MD 20837). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery (19215 Jerusalem Rd, Poolesville, MD 20837).
