He was predeceased by: his parent V. X. Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Thankamma Xavier Joseph; his children, Thomas X. Joseph (Aji), George X. Joseph (Bindu) and Jane X. Kumar (Ajoy); and his grandchildren, Arissa, Haley, Skyler, Hannah, Sarah and Alex.
