With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie Clarice Monello of Derwood, Maryland, who passed away on April 25, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son William J. Fay (Lisa); her sisters, Caroline Schroeder and Kathleen Harenda; and her niece Karen Stewart. She is survived by: her former husband James W. Fay, Jr.; her husband Joseph A. Monello; her daughter Clarice Poole (Pat); her stepchildren, Sheri Monello Davies, Allan Monello, Jackie Monello Felton (Jack) and Karen Monello Grymes (Keith); her grandchildren, Ryan (Samantha), Kevin Poole, Jake, Luke Fay, Patrick Poole (Christina), Linda Frank (Rod), Tracy Simmons (Eddie), Michael, Chris, Justin Davies, Lindsay, Cameryn Grymes, Sierra Dailey (Skyler), Carly Segal (Josh), Taylor Monello, Joey and Olivia Felton; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Emmie Olson-Poole, Ashley, Jordan Walter, Sebastian, Alexia Poole, Payton, Raymond Birch, Faith Simmons, Brody Davies, Scarlette and Stiles Dailey.
