It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mario Gustavo La Faye (Derwood, Maryland), who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Miriam; his children, Guisela La Faye (Mauricio Corral), Ivonne La Faye (Alejandro Briones), JeanPierre La Faye (Pilar) and Valerie Carrasquillo (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Boo, Pocho, Nicole Cangas (Miguel), Mikaela Briones, Marcelo Carrasquillo, Natalia Carrasquillo and Victor La Faye; and his siblings, Maria, Rosario La Faye (Joaquin) of Martinez and Eduardo LaFaye.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 at St. Francis of Assisi, 6701 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD 20855 Mass will be private due to COVID-19 limitations. COVID-19 guidelines for social distancing and masks to be observed by attendees.
