Waters (Betsy), Virginia Patterson (Marty) and Janet Waters (Tim McCoig); his grandchildren, Kell Brie Panjeshahi, Timothy Waters, Elyse Waters-Brown (Carl) and Jake Patterson; and his great grandchildren, Aubrie Panjehshahi, Carl Brown V. and Jack.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Redland Baptist Church.
