She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schumacher and Elizabeth Dams Schumacher; her former husband Nickco Palamaras; her son Mark J. Palamaras Sr.; and her siblings, Marcella, Elizabeth, Laverne, William and Carl.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Schmick; her daughter AmyBeth Laning (David); her grandson Mark J. Palamaras Jr. (Kara); her great grandchild Nickco; her stepgrandsons, David (Ann), Daniel (Alix), Donald (Patricia) and Dennis Laning (Jessica); her stepdaughter Debbie Chambers (Jeff); her stepgrandchildren, Natalie and Matthew; her stepdaughter Laura Corey (Doug); her stepgrandchild Ashley; her daughter-in-law Sharon Palamaras; her grandchild-in-law LeeAnne (John); her stepson Paul Schmick; and her stepgrandsons, Anthony and Michael. She is also survived by children; 6 great-grandchildren.
