It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Frances Martin of Denton, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence A. Sr. Wagner and Dorothy Wagner; her husband Richard Martin Jr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Grube and Larry Wagner.

She is survived by : her children, Karen Hubbard of Cambridge, Maryland and Richard M. Martin III of Hurlock, Maryland; her siblings, Linda Clare of Florida and Reece Wagner; her grandchildren, Brian Martin, Brittany Potts, Shelly Hubbard and Olivia Martin; her great grandchildren, Atreyu Roe, Spencer Roe, Thane Potts and Roxanna Martin; and her close friends, Noah and Alice.
